This is an unusual event that was sent in.  The sender perfers to stay anonymous:

I am here to tell you birth is really a miracle.  I recently lost both of my parents "back to back" and was heartbroken for what I thought would be forever.  Then someone told me, "Often when grandparents pass away...it means that there is a baby on the way."  Not long after that my son and his wife tell me that they are having twins....one boy....one girl.  I am speechless.  The babies are beautiful, healthy and look like the parents.
