Homelife radio airs every Saturday morning at 8 am (CST) on AM 560, WIND Radio. Hosted by Chicago's very own Wayne Messmer, Wayne brings his popular personality and extensive broadcasting experience to the airwaves in order to engage, enrich and enlighten listeners with each new and unique radio broadcast. Homelife Radio is also brought to you by Bob McAuliff, who is President and CEO of The Venture Group, and serves as President and Producer to Homelife Radio.
The airwaves will be bursting with hot topics like home improvement and family finances to family living and lifestyle. We will also discuss topics like family health and find out what's cooking in the kitchen. Wayne Messmer's inviting and warm personality introduces his listeners to the folks that they would love to meet on their own, but never had the chance. You can always email us a question that you may have about a particular topic. We'll do our best to answer your question on the show!
Homelife Radio and Wayne Messmer talk about things that affect you at home and your family. Let's leave the politics and the economy to the pundits. Instead, we would like to welcome you home....to Homelife Radio.

The Job: I produce a free (yes, free!!!) radio show (also called a podcast or Internet radio) all about childbirth. Women send me their birth stories, and I read them on the air. I also have guests come on the show to comment on the birth stories or share their own. We have a lot of fun! I record my show at our home in the cloffice (closet+office). No budget for fancy recording studio: my towels and sheets do a fine job of absorbing sound.
The Show: My show is on the Internet, so it is available 24/7. You can download it from iTunes or my website. If you would like to submit your story for me to read on the air or to consider for publication please do! Don't assume that your birth story is "boring" or "nothing special". trust me, they are all amazing and special. If you do have a "crazy" birth, send it in. Those are always fun to share.
